Twisted Land Company is a land services firm with more than 50 years of combined experience, built on integrity, transparency, and leadership. We hold the work to ethical, sustainable practices that raise the standard for the industry.

Candice Crutchfield and Erika Sackey founded the firm with one purpose: to bring accountability, transparency, and a hands-on approach back to land services. Candice leads as President with 34 years in the field. Erika runs corporate services. Between them they built a company grounded in precision, real client partnerships, and projects that get executed, not just managed.

As the work grew, so did the team. Christine Bruce came on as Director of Operations, holding the many moving parts of every active project together. Casey Ballenger joined as Director of Projects after a joint venture proved the fit, and he now drives execution across regions. Different strengths, one bench, built to carry complex multi-state work without dropping a thread.

That depth shows up in who trusts us. Our work has supported leading organizations across energy and infrastructure, including Oxley, Meade, CHK (now Expand), Access, DORAL, Eurofins, RWE Clean Energy, Sigma Renewables, MEP, Oriden (a Mitsubishi company), Pioneer, Devon, EOG, Koch, MPLX, Apex Clean Energy, Oncor, and Continental.
