Erika Sackey is the Director of Corporate Services and co-founder of Twisted Land Company, bringing 28 years of expertise in operational strategy and organizational leadership to the foundation of the business.

In her role, Erika leads all internal operations, owning the infrastructure that drives efficiency, scalability, and long-term stability across the organization—including talent strategy, financial oversight, resource planning, process development, and corporate compliance. She is responsible for building and refining the internal frameworks, ensuring the business operates with clarity, consistency, and control behind the scenes.

With a background that includes supporting global executives at Eurofins Environmental, leading acquisition initiatives for Clipper Magazine (Harland Clarke/Vericast), and managing complex contract negotiations across multiple states, Erika brings a disciplined, systems-driven approach to internal operations. Her leadership is focused on strengthening organizational structure, aligning internal performance with company objectives, and creating a foundation that enables teams to execute at a high level.

Further supported by her concentration in Business Psychology, Erika plays a critical role in ensuring Twisted Land Company operates with intention, accountability, and long-term resilience.
