Erika Sackey is Co-Founder and Director of Corporate Services at Twisted Land Company, bringing 28 years of experience in operational strategy and organizational leadership.

She leads the Client-Facing side of Corporate Operations, managing billing procedures, invoicing workflows, contract requirements, and the processes that keep each account accurate, compliant, and moving. She also oversees recruiting and onboarding, ensuring new hires are prepared to step into the field and represent Twisted well.

Her background includes supporting global executives at Eurofins Environmental, leading acquisition initiatives for Clipper Magazine under Harland Clarke/Vericast, and managing complex, multi-state contract negotiations. Paired with her concentration in Business Psychology, that experience gives Erika a strong command of both reading people and how to engage them in a new process.

Erika keeps the details tight, the communication clear, and the business side aligned with each client’s expectations. When Erika’s systems run smoothly, everything downstream follows. It’s more than back-office support. It has become part of Twisted’s competitive edge.
