Candice Crutchfield is the visionary leader and Founder behind our company, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise in Oil and Gas and all other Energy Sectors. With a remarkable track record of revenue and profit growth, combined with a strong background in marketing and sales, Candice has been instrumental in driving our organization’s success.
Having served as an independent contractor for over three decades, Mrs. Crutchfield has contributed significantly to Big Energy Sectors, particularly in Title and Acquisition. Her extensive experience includes providing essential services to entities, brokers, and landowners, addressing their title, leasing, and any curative needs, including conducting remote reviews, internal audits of titles (during large mergers), and offering solutions ensuring compliance with various regulatory offices, and supervising large-scale projects across multiple states.
Projects under Candice’s purview covers a broad spectrum of projects related to working with FERC, BIA, BLM, and RRC working across transmission, utilities, water infrastructure, rural development, and renewables in Oklahoma, Texas, Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, Wyoming, the Dakotas, and New Mexico. She has partnered with industry leaders including Chesapeake (now Expand), Access Midstream, Boardwalk Pipeline, Oryx Midstream, Oxley, Meade, PEC, Devon, Continental Resources, EnLink, DOT, and PSO. Having walked the miles as an agent, Title Supervisor, Crew Chief, and Acquisition lead, Candice now serves as Founder/CEO—grounded in land stewardship and trust.
Candice studied Business at Southeastern Oklahoma State University and maintains strong ties across both industry and agriculture. She is an active member of TAPL, HAPL, and IRWA (Chapters 3, 33, 36- Region 2, and 8), as well as OIPA, the Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Association, Pittsburg County Cattlewomen’s Association, an OSU Cattle Master, and active with Southwest Texas Cattle Association. In addition to these affiliations, she serves her fourth elected term as Chairman of Rural Water District #11, where her leadership continues to strengthen critical infrastructure and rural community resources, in working hand in hand with OERB and ORWA.
Her extensive involvement in these associations reflects her commitment to her community regarding industries involving Water Resources/Infrastructure, Remediation/Construction, Agriculture, and Big Energy.
